FAQ’s for Walking and Pet Sitting
1) How is pet sitting important for my pet?
- The stress and trauma of traveling from one point to the other is eliminated for both your pet and you.
- You won’t have to bother your friends, family, and acquaintances to help with pet sitting when you need to be unavoidably absent. Even though they may agree to help, they are usually untrained or unwilling. Your pet may sense that energy and make the entire time unpleasant for everyone.
- Professional pet care right in your home means less worries for everyone.
- Pets are noticeably happier and less stressed when they’re home in the environment that they are used to.
- You reduce the chances of exposing your pet to illness and accidents.
- Their usual diet and exercise routines won’t need to be interrupted.

Just call us at (561) 249-9388 to talk with one of our team about your dog walking and pet sitting needs. We offer a free meet and greet session in Palm Beach County to get to know you and your pet. In addition, this gives us a chance to understand your pet’s routine, special dietary and exercise needs, and to offer any professional tips.
3) How would you like us to communicate about my pet’s needs?
You can reach us by telephone or email. Although we will receive your emails and respond as quickly as possible, it’s easier to reach us by phone at (561) 249-9388 if there’s something that you would like to discuss urgently.
4) Are your services insured?
Yes. We are insured.
5) How do customers make payments?
For customers that regularly require midday dog walks, billing is done through email at the end of every week. For our other customers, you will need to pay in full before you leave. This makes it easier for all parties to track bookkeeping.
6) How does your cancellation policy work?
For vacation visits, we have a standard 7-day cancellation policy. If you call us 7 days before you are due to travel, you will get a full refund of your payment.
No questions asked or hassle at all.
However, if you happen to cancel less than 7 days before the departure date you had indicated, your payment is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
7) When Will We Get The Key?
We will get the key at our meet and greet together. We will make arrangements to return your key once you are back.
8) Are there a minimum number of days every week that I would be required to book for dog walking services?
Yes. We require that you book for a minimum of 2 days per week. Those 2 days should be fixed so that the schedule is regular. That said, our dog walking services are available 7 days a week.
9) Can you administer medication to pets while the owners are away?
Yes. We are willing to help you administer recommended medication to your pet while you are away only if the animal will not become aggressive towards us. Note that you will need to give us all the information about the required medication before we can accept this responsibility.
